Clifford A. Hockley, CPM

holds an MBA from Willamette University's Atkinson School of Business and a bachelor degree in political science from Claremont McKenna College. He is a licensed Broker in the State of Oregon with over 18 years of experience in the real estate field. Cliff serves as a member at large of the Portland Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) board. He was named Certified Property Manager of the Year for 2001 and 2003 by the Institute of Real Estate Management and is a frequent contributor to industry newsletters.

Elena Tangman-Wells

graduated with honors from the University of New Mexico with a degree in fine arts. She has worked in the field of property management since 1993, managing multi-family properties, condominium and HOA associations, manufactured housing communities and single family homes. Elena is highly knowlegeable in the day-to-day management of investment properties and has developed and/or implemented resident manager training programs, resident retention and marketing programs to increase property values.

Julie Hockley
During her 25 years in property management, and 17 years as an owner of Bluestone & Hockley Realty, Julie has been closely involved in all aspects of property investment, ownership and management. She currently holds an Oregon real estate license and has attended Southern Oregon University and Portland State University.
